Brookside Realty Corp. is located in Boca Raton, Florida. Steve Wolf, as Broker, CEO & and owner of all properties, has been involved in real estate sales, acquisitions, development, leasing and management for over 25 years.

The focus of the company has been to assist buyers, sellers and investors with transactions involving large tracts of land for commercial and residential development, retail centers, office buildings, industrial complexes, out-parcels, self-storage, big boxes and many types of income-producing properties. Brookside Realty’s roots are in agricultural land deals and its recognition is based on its work in developing the agricultural reserve areas of Palm Beach County.

Over the last few years Brookside has broadened its horizons and has focused on properties beyond the immediate area, including properties located in Central /Northern Florida and other Southeastern states.
